CMU970
CMU970 can support MIPI C-PHY 1.9Gsps/Trio and MIPI D-PHY 1.9Gbps/Lane at the same time. and it is suitable for automation with 15 programmable device ID. In order to test the quality of camera module more accurately, CMU970 has equipped 7 channels sophisticated instrument level current detection technology, with a min resolution of uo to 10nA, and the standby current measurement of the sensor is more accurate and convenient. which is a highly cost-effective version of D+C-PHY product.
